Virsaviya "Bathsheba" Borun, The Girl Living With a Deadly Condition

"Virsaviya, Mother of King Solomon and wife of King David,
in English:Bathsheba"

Virsaviya “Bathsheba” Borun Goncharova is a 5 Years Old Russian Girl born with Pentalogy of Cantrell, a very rare condition that afflicts with birth defects those unlucky enough to have it.

In Batsheba's case, she was born with part of her intestines and her Heart outside of her Chest.

This little girl didn't have a very bright start in Life.

While in labor, Russian doctors denied her mum a Cesarean Section because they believed the child was going to die anyway.

Once born she was left to die on a metal table but she still hung on to life, tooth and nail and even defeated Pneumonia. Her condition apart, she was also abandoned by her birth Father upon discovering of her condition, fortunately for her, she had a Warrior of a Mother, Dari Borum, that took matters in her own hands and did all that was possible and in many cases impossible to make sure her little girl had a chance at life, and what a chance she got.

After raising awareness through her Instagram account and a brief GoFoundMe Campaign, Dari was able to come to the United States and have little Batsheba admitted to Boston's Children's Hospital for an in depth consultation.

Unfortunately the consultation didn't deliver the hoped for results, Batsheba couldn't undergo surgery because the Mortality Percentage was too high and all the specialists involved couldn't take that chance. As of Today, Batsheba, despite living her life to the fullest and enjoying her passions, is still very sick and needs constant Medical Assistance and around the Clock care.
